Nestled in a fully restored 19th-century building, Thomar Story-Guest House combines historical charm with modern comforts. Our room, beautifully designed with contemporary décor, offered a stunning view of the canal from two Juliet balconies. the central location made it convenient for exploring Tomar - just a short walk from key attractions like the Museu Luso-Hebraico Abraham Zacuto and the Convent of Christ. The attentive staff at Thomar Story made our stay truly memorable, ensuring the rooms were exceptionally clean and well-equipped with air conditioning, LCD TV, and a luxurious overhead shower. Despite not having private parking, the nearby public parking was convenient. the breakfast service was a great way to start the day, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The highlight of our stay was the castle view room on the third floor, offering a magical sight of the illuminated castle at night. the comfortable bed, powerful shower, and European-style buffet breakfast enhanced our experience. Although there was some street noise in the morning, the bustling atmosphere added to the charm of being right in the heart of Tomar. Thomar Story-Guest House is not just a place to stay; it's a symbol of the rich history and modern vibrancy of Tomar. Whether you're exploring the cobblestone streets or admiring the beauty of the Nabão River, this guesthouse provides a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and local charm.
